About Lauren Newton

Lauren Newton is an enthusiastic, well-connected professional with deep roots in New England. Raised on Cape Cod, Lauren’s life has been entrenched in architecture and custom home building as the fourth-generation in a family owned, contracting company, C.H. Newton Builders in its 58th year of business.

Based in Boston for the last eight years, Lauren has an extensive understanding of Boston’s neighborhoods – from up-and-coming, niche sections to high-end, luxury residential buildings. With experience in interior design and ample knowledge of craftsmanship, Lauren helps clients visualize the perfect living space and advises clients on potential renovations to transform their property into more than just an investment – but into a home.

With a BFA in Graphic Design from Northeastern University, Lauren’s creativity coupled with her knowledge of the market and tenacious attitude makes the process or selling and buying a home a pleasurable experience for clients.
